I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who loves it - she’s 8 and very crafty. Sadly when the order was delivered, the packaging box was absolutely soaked and had damaged the gift inside. A quick email with photo to the Sculpd Team and they were onto it - I received a replacement box the very next day and returned the damaged one to them. Really responsive and excellent customer service as well as a good quality product. Well done Sculpd!
