We don’t have a strict minimum for our workshops. We’ve hosted sessions for groups as small as 2 people and as large as hundreds.

Pricing does vary depending on group size, so we’ll walk you through the best options during the quoting process to make sure everything fits your event and budget.

At the moment, we use our standard workshop kits for all events, including the Sculpd Pottery Kit and Sculpd Candle Making Kit.

For live sessions, we’ll share a selection of design ideas and projects that the instructor can guide your group through, so everyone still gets a fun and creative experience tailored to the event.

We don’t have a strict booking cutoff, but we do recommend planning ahead so everything runs smoothly.

For events with domestic participants only, we ask for at least 3 weeks lead time. For international participants, we recommend at least 4 weeks to allow enough time for shipping, logistics, and any unexpected replacements or redeliveries if needed.

Yes, we do ship internationally.  We have kits already in USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Germany which gives us great coverage.  We can ship from there to other international markets without issue. 

We will ask you to share the delivery address with us first (including the zip code) so we can check the shipping cost for your location. In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply depending on where it’s going.

Please also note that customs fees may be charged by the destination country, and these are usually handled by the recipient.

We offer our own events platform on via Google Meet. 

If you prefer to use another platform like Teams, Zoom etc, just let us know in advance and we’ll use your conferencing platform of choice. 

We keep it flexible so it works smoothly for your team.

If someone misses the session, we’ve got a few options depending on how the class is set up. If we’re using our own Google Meet, we can with your permission and prior request record the session so they can catch up later. 

If the session is hosted on your own meeting platform, you’ll need to record it directly on your end.

If you’d prefer a dedicated class for participants that could not make the original class, we can arrange that as well, though an additional class fee would apply.

Our refund policy is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We take any responsibility for products that were not delivered successfully or on time if they were shipped within our standard guidelines and participants were at the destination when delivery was attempted. 

We work hard so that you don’t have to. We understand how much work goes into orchestrating events so we want to make any issues that may arise stress free and easy to solve..

For corporate gifting, we offer our regular kits and curated bundles at discounted rates for bulk orders. 

This makes it easy to gift creative experiences at scale, whether for teams, clients, or events.

We provide the option of digital gift notes which can be sent to individual email addresses or phone numbers of your choice when the package arrives.
